You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the Vehicle. Where State law requires us to provide auto liability insurance, or if you have no auto liability insurance, we provide auto liability insurance (the Policy) that is secondary to any other valid and collectible insurance, whether primary, secondary, excess or contingent. The Policy provides bodily injury and property damage liability coverage with limits no higher than minimum levels prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the State whose laws apply to the loss. You and we reject PIP, medical payments, no-fault and uninsured and under-insured motorist coverage, where permitted by law. Coverage is void if you violate the terms of the Rental Contract or if you fail to cooperate in any loss investigation conducted by us, or our insurer. The Policy does not cover losses caused by drivers of the Vehicle who are not Authorized Drivers. You have the option to purchase RV Supplemental Liability Insurance. This is purchased online directly with an insurance company, not AdventureQuest RV Rentals. While you would need to check with the insurance carrier for prevailing coverage terms it is not uncommon to obtain liability coverage up to $1,000,000. Go to RVsli.com for full details. More info is available as needed.
Pickups and returns are by appointment only. If no specific time is designated on the rental documents, the default pickup time is 2 p.m. and the return is 10 a.m. Upon our approval, we can arrange for check-in-free returns, particularly convenient for Sundays. We will inspect the RV within the next few business days of your return for various things, including but not limited to, damage, mileage, generator hour usage, fuel and fluid levels, and missing items. We must be present for all pick-ups.
We do allow certain pets, namely dogs, in some of our RVs. All animals must be approved on a case-by-case basis. We will charge a flat pet cleanup fee, regardless of how long you rent the RV, and do not require an additional pet security deposit. If you did not get our pre-approval for taking a pet or pets and did not disclose their presence prior to departure, we have the right to charge you the greater of our standard flat pet fee plus a penalty of $250 or the legal amount permissible by law.
No. All of our units are strictly nonsmoking. If we determine that smoking occurred in the RV during your rental period, we may and likely will charge you the greater of $250 or legal amount permissible by law.

Some of our RVs have park and campground directories for your reference, or you can search the Internet for an array of information.
Most campgrounds and truck stops have waste disposal facilities to drain both your black and gray tanks. Also, we will dump your waste tanks free of charge upon your return.
